Perfect Layer Rulers 

For years I have said that if I had to pick only one tool for sale in my store, it would be the Perfect Layer Rulers. These rulers are the most perfect tool for matting photos and stamped images! I have used mine for going on 10 years now. I even bought extras for Christmas gifts for friends over the years because they would always steal mine at crops. When the manufacturer took them off the market last year I almost cried a flash flood down Woodruff Road. Well, they are back and I couldn't be more excited!!!!!!!
